A fishy tail. The apparently magical yellow tang giggled at me, hovering near my eye level. “And you thought I was joking about being magical, silly human. I told you I could make you shapeshift! You didn’t want to listen to me, though.”

“I’m not going to let this get to me,” I muttered, placing a scaly palm over the side of my face. I refused for this to make my day—oh, who was I kidding?
I’d be stuck with a fishbutt for a good week, I knew it. Glaucus and Relana would never let me forget this.

I can explain this, really.

So, I was just drawing Noren in his non-canon merman form, as Fehrin demanded me. He's currently demanding a merman form for every male character of mine (for "merman practice," he states), soooo...it just kinda jumped elsewhere.

Technically, this is for *Ageaus' contest. As I'm not able to participate in his contest (I'm a judge), I'm just submitting this for funnnn and to spread word about his contest, if you haven't heard about it yet. A lot of people that watch him watch me, though, but it can't hurt to mention!

Rela and Glaucus are only able to become merfolk, hence why they'd give Kejital a bunch of crud about being a merman.
