Report a Policy Violation
When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.
Artist's Comments
A WIP of Ary that's been lingering around for a few weeks. Initially, I was going to paint her, then that turned into working with pastels on her.
Well, the pastels hated me today, so instead of doing that, I inked her and I intend on finishing her with colored pencils. However, I'm really not the best concerning wings, as I do more aquatic things than avian. Any feedback concerning her before I actually work on the coloring would be appreciated, as I can edit her digitally. Comments

 --  These Colours Don't Run It's beautiful, and the wings are wonderful! The profile of her face, and her horns are amazing as well! :heart
Two things I see: first, her breasts don't seem natural or at the right angle with the rest of her body. They can be small or large, but they need to seem as though they're part of her anatomy. Second, her feet and ankles could be further defined/more detailed, and the angle corrected for the feet. It may be just because I don't see her heels, too, and it's not so much a real issue. You currently have both feet angled toward the viewer, though, when they would be more forward toward the direction she's headed. I hope that is helpful  -- "I'm a carnivorous duck, and I'm in a BAD MOOD!" Guess what B movie this quote is from  ---- Well, you can just stick it up your nose!!!  Brilliant sketch, I love the detail you've put into the wings, and this is a really nice pose (:
The only thing that I would say that springs to mind is that the breasty buisnesses need to be twisted a bit more towards the direction her torso and legs are, because it just doesnt seem to flow with the rest to me. I think that they would just need moving to the right more and reshaping to how they would be from that angle (: I hope that was helpful, I can be somewhat useless at crits  Keep working at it  |
